I was walking along Kentish Town high street this afternoon when a woman called out from a table outside Costa coffee shop. ‘I feel sorry for them,’ she called. I stopped. ‘Uh-huh,’ I said. ‘Who do you feel sorry for?’ She frowned. ‘Oh, sorry. I thought you were Vivienne Westwood.’
