I’ve been having wifi trouble and was on the phone this morning to Telstra, the provider. I was part-way through their question and answer protocol when I coughed. To the ear of their robotic system, it must have sounded like a NO. I was immediately taken back to square one. To be fair to Telstra, I was also running the cold tap which has recently developed a squeal.
